专利说明:
Polygonal ground cover element The invention relates to a polygonal floor covering element, in particular quadrangular, and in particular of concrete, with an even number of adjacent side surfaces, wherein in first side surfaces, the number of which is half the number of side surfaces, a profiling in the form of a groove, and a corresponding profiling in the form of a spring for engaging a groove on the other, second side surfaces, and a spacer is formed on third side surfaces, the number of which is half the number of side surfaces. Conventional spacers in the form of hemispherical or spherical sector-like protrusions are conventionally provided on such known ground-covering elements, the purpose of which is to prevent adjacent side surfaces of adjacent soil-covering elements placed directly against each other from each other. However, it is disadvantageous that such almost point-shaped spacers can be subjected to high pressure loads, and that it can lead to tilting when laying the ground covering elements. Furthermore, the manufacture of such concrete floor covering elements in forms is not unproblematic, since the spacers form non-releasable elements (German: "Hinterschneidungen"). The object of the invention is to provide an improved polygonal floor covering element with regard to the foregoing problems. According to the invention this object is achieved by a polygonal floor covering element, in particular of concrete, with an even number of adjacent side surfaces, wherein in first side surfaces, the number of which is half the number of side surfaces, a profiling in the form of a groove, and a corresponding profiling in the form of a spring for engaging a groove on the other, second side surfaces, and a spacer is formed on third side surfaces, the number of which is half the number of side surfaces, wherein according to the invention it is provided that: each spacer extends in a circumferential direction along the respective side surface and is located between a profiling and a top side. It may be provided that the ground cover element is quadrangular. Alternatively, it may be provided that the floor covering element is hexagonal or octagonal or, if necessary, has additional angles or side faces. With a quadrilateral shape, it can be provided that the grooves are in two adjacent side faces and the springs are on two opposite side faces that are adjacent to each other. At least one spacer can be in the form of an excellent profile. It is preferably provided that at least one spacer is of continuous design, wherein it extends continuously and without interruptions from one end to another end. Alternatively, it may be provided that at least one spacer is formed with interruptions. In this case it can be provided, for example, that the spacer consists of a row of round or elongated protrusions. At least one spacer can extend over the full length of a side surface. It can further be provided that at least one spacer extends over at least 50%, 75% or 90% of the size of a side surface. The spacers may have a circular sectoral shape, in particular a semicircular cross-section, or may be polygonal, for example trapezoidal. The spacers can either be linear, in particular parallel to the top, or they can be zigzag or wave-shaped if this is effective. There is a possibility that one or more side faces do not have a profile, whereby an end or corner element is formed. The top side can be provided with a circumferential chamfer, which can be angled from the top surface for example at an angle of 30 ° or 45 ° in the direction of the side surfaces. While the first side faces and the second side faces are always different, in particular opposite, side faces, the third side faces may correspond to the first side faces, correspond to the second side faces, or comprise both first and second side faces. Advantageously and on the basis of a rational production, the spacers are preferably arranged on the second side surfaces, that is to say in each case between a spring and the top side of the ground covering element. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to an exemplary embodiment, wherein reference is made to a drawing in which FIG. 1 shows a perspective view obliquely from above of a ground cover element according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows a side view in direction II in fig. 1, FIG. 3 shows a side view in direction III in fig. 1, FIG. 4 shows a side view in direction IV in fig. 1, FIG. 5 shows a side view in direction V in FIG. 1, and FIG. 6 shows a top view of the ground cover element of FIG. 1. FIG. 4 shows a quadratic floor covering element, in this case a quadratic concrete paving stone, with a top side 2, a bottom side 3, and four side surfaces 4, 6, 8 and 10. In two adjacent first side surfaces 4, 10 there is in each case a profiling in the shape of a groove 4a, 10a is formed, the cross-sectional area of which is circular sectoral. A spring 6a, 8a corresponding to the groove is formed on the opposite second side surfaces 6, 8, also with a circular sectoral cross-section, so that a spring of a paving stone engages in a groove of an adjacent laid paving stone and can thereby provide a connecting action. In particular, there is the possibility that a radius of curvature of a groove profile is greater than a radius of curvature of a spring profile, as described in detail in DE 202 09 502 UI, whereby a particularly advantageous connection action and driveability are obtained. Furthermore, fig. 1 and the other views show that the paving stone is provided on two third side surfaces 6, 8, on which also the springs 6a, 8a are formed, each with a spacer 6b, 8b. The spacer 6b, 8b in each case extends over the full circumference length L of the corresponding side surfaces 6, 8 and is designed in a circular sector in cross-section. The spacer 6b, 8b runs parallel to the top 2 and also parallel to adjacent springs 6a, 8a and is located approximately midway between an upper end of the spring and the top 2. At the top 2 there is a chamfer 12 with a width of approximately 2 to 5 mm. Also provided on the underside 3 is a chamfer 13, the purpose of which is to simplify a marginal movement of the paving stone in the laid state on a surface covered with sand, grit or a textile material, for example, and to prevent loose material between adjacent side walls or in the groove and spring area of adjacent paving stones. The chamfer 13 can have a width of approximately 2 to 5 mm, or if necessary also larger, for example 5 to 20 mm. The chamfer 13 can be inclined at an angle between 30 ° and 60 ° with respect to the underside 3, in particular at an angle of 45 °. While in the exemplary embodiment a spacer continuously extending along the side surface is shown, the spacer can also be interrupted, that is, for example in the form of a row of protrusions, which are arranged approximately along a straight line parallel to the top 2. can expire. Furthermore, the spacer does not have to extend over the full size length L of a side surface, but can extend for example over at least 50%, 75% or 90% thereof. Although the paving stone shown in the drawings is provided with a profiling on all four side surfaces, it is possible to design one, two or also three side surfaces smoothly and without profiles, if this for the intended application case, such as for example end or corner stone, is desired.
